LIFE INSURANCE - Provided at no cost to you
Life Insurance, administered by MetLife, provides additional financial protection for you and your family in the event of your death. CES provides life insurance of $100,000. There is no cost to you for this coverage. Supplemental Life Insurance is also available. Please read the guidelines for supplemental coverages in Paycom/ Benefits/Benefit Forms and Links.

SHORT-TERM DISABILITY - Provided at no cost to you
The short-term disability program provides financial protection for you by paying a portion of your income when you are disabled. The benefit is 60% of your weekly earnings with a maximum of $2,500 per week.
LONG-TERM DISABILITY - Provided at no cost to you
The long-term disability program begins on the 91st day of disability. The benefit is 60% of monthly earnings with a maximum of $10,000 per month.
The short-term and long-term disability benefits are administered by MetLife.
