Here's how it works:

• Coaching Sessions: Meet once per quarter with your Lacher health coach, Lisa Peklak, during the program year.

• 20-Minute Meetings: Each session lasts just 20 minutes and gives you the chance to focus on your personal health and wellness goals.

• $50 Gift Card: For each visit, you'll receive a $50 gift card (up to 4 times per year) – that's up to $200 in rewards each year!

 

This new, simplified wellness program will replace the Passport to Health, starting January 1, 2026.
